As a TEL3Advantage agent, you are authorized to promote the TEL3 Flex Plan, TEL3Business Plan and TEL3 Mobile Plan with your agent promotion codes. You shall market the Services in Tel3Advantage, TEL3Business & Tel3Mobile brand name. Any and all of the company names, trade names, trademarks, service marks and logos those presently exist and may be created, designed or otherwise originated from time to time for use in connection with the company's marketing of products and services will remain the intellectual property of the company. Usage of domain names including TEL3, TEL3Advantage, TEL3Business, TEL3Mobile brand by agents is not allowed. Company reserves the right to modify the current commission structure at any time with a 30 day advance notice. The payments will be via ACH and weekly. |
