How it Works - How do I Sign Up?
 
You can sign up online or by calling our Toll Free Number at 1-800-330-6897 - between 9am-12am Eastern Standard time - 7 days a week.
  • TEL3Advantage™ is a prepaid service, where you decide the denomination that you would like to sign up for
  • Your long distance account will be immediately activated upon authorization of credit card
  • You can start making calls immediately after you sign up
  • Every time you place a call the system will read you your account balance and minutes to the destination you call. As you make calls, we deduct the cost of the call from the initial amount you paid us when you signed up. (Time, minutes, charge amount, origination number, destination number of each call made is available through Customer Account Login)
  • When your account hits $3, our system will automatically recharge your account to the initial sign up amount. (Recharge mode may be changed at any time through Customer Account Login)

Use from any phone - Never get Over Charged or run out of time - Comprehensive reporting of calls made

Accepted Payment Methods
We gladly accept American Express, Discover, Visa, MasterCard, along with ATM and debit cards that have a Visa or MasterCard logo. Therefore if you don’t have a credit card, you can still sign up to TEL3Advantage™ by making a payment through PayPal. Please do keep in mind that you will not be able to use our auto-recharge option with PayPal. You need to simply login to your account and recharge your account manually using your PayPal account. Currently TEL3Advantage™ does not accept checks as a method of payment.

No access fees, surcharges or any hidden fees. For some wireless service providers, the pound key activates another line in which your wireless service connects the call for you instead of TEL3. In such cases, TEL3 is not responsible for any charge that may accrue onto your cell phone bill. A valid credit card is required to acquire service. Any and all Free Minutes Talk Time is only valid in the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and Canada. All International Rates are subject to change without notice. Any and all Free Talk Time offer(s) are only valid with a calling plan purchase. Government mandated taxes and fees may apply. FCC mandated payphone surcharges of sixty-nine ($0.69) cents per call may apply. Calls originating from a payphone are subject to FCC mandated payphone fees. Additional charges may apply for calls made from Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and other international destinations. All balances will expire in one (1) year of inactivity. Cancellation of Service: The customer is free to cancel the service at anytime. Remaining balance of the account can be refunded only in case of a technical problem. Customers must call TEL3Advantage customer service to close their accounts.
