How it Works - How do I Sign Up?
 
You can sign up online or by calling our Toll Free Number at 1-800-330-6897 - between 9am-12am Eastern Standard time - 7 days a week.
  • TEL3Advantage™ is a prepaid service, where you decide the denomination that you would like to sign up for
  • Your long distance account will be immediately activated upon authorization of credit card
  • You can start making calls immediately after you sign up
  • Every time you place a call the system will read you your account balance and minutes to the destination you call. As you make calls, we deduct the cost of the call from the initial amount you paid us when you signed up. (Time, minutes, charge amount, origination number, destination number of each call made is available through Customer Account Login)
  • When your account hits $3, our system will automatically recharge your account to the initial sign up amount. (Recharge mode may be changed at any time through Customer Account Login)

Accepted Payment Methods
We gladly accept American Express, Discover, Visa, MasterCard, along with ATM and debit cards that have a Visa or MasterCard logo. Therefore if you don’t have a credit card, you can still sign up to TEL3Advantage™ by making a payment through PayPal. Please do keep in mind that you will not be able to use our auto-recharge option with PayPal. You need to simply login to your account and recharge your account manually using your PayPal account. Currently TEL3Advantage™ does not accept checks or gift cards as a method of payment.

TEL3 offers the most affordable and convenient way of making International calls from your home, office or even cell phone using the same prepaid account. No access fees, surcharges or any hidden fees. All International Rates are subject to change without notice. Visit our Rates section to learn more about the fees. All balances will expire in one (1) year of inactivity.

Customer Satisfaction Guarantee: During the first 30 days after you sign up, if you are not satisfied with the service for any reason, we will gladly refund the remaining balance.  The customer is free to cancel the service at anytime by calling Customer Service. After 30 days, remaining balance of the account can be refunded only in case of a technical problem.
