All your calls made with the TEL3 App that starts with (+) or (011) will be connected via TEL3Advantage’s platform. All other calls, including local and domestic long distance calls will be connected only with your existing wireless provider to prevent double billing.
You can use the TEL3 App's dial pad, your contact list or even the History tab (recent calls list) to make a call with the TEL3 App.
When the call is initiated, your registered iPhone number will be recognized by our platform and you will hear a short welcome prompt during the auto-dialing and you will be connected directly without having to enter any access numbers or PINs.
- Please make sure you dial all your International contacts (except for Canada) starting with "011" or "+" followed by the country code (e.g. 011 (44) 305 556 7879) before making a call
