Everyone loves free. So do we at TEL3Advantage! So at sign up, we give you a certain amount of free minutes that you can use to call the destination of your choice.

PIN-Free Dialing and Instant Access Numbers

At TEL3Advantage we know how inconvenient it is to dial a PIN every time you make a call. For this reason we created the Instant Access Numbers. If you have SmartPlug or TEL3Dialer App installed on your phone, you can make direct calls to your destination number. However, if your phone is not compatible with SmartPlug or TEL3Dialer App, don't worry: You can still program up to 10 Instant Access numbers via the web or thru customer service. These are numbers that you expect to make frequent calls from. Anytime you place a call from any of these numbers, you will only have to enter the Toll Free Access Number: 1-800-999-5090 or Local Access Number in your area, and then the number you wish to call. By registering these phone numbers, you alleviate the inconvenience of entering the account number and PIN each time you make a call. With this feature you can easily access the service from the convenience of your home, office and mobile phone.

TEL3 SMS Service

With our TEL3 SMS service, you can get your latest balance information, change your recharge mode and receive auto-credit information via SMS. We will continue on adding more options to be compatible with TEL3's SMS service soon. To use, simply send us a text message of certain keywords, such as: “balance” to the TEL3 SMS number and we’ll send a reply text message to you with the information requested. It's that simple!

99 phone number Speed Dial

TELAdvantage's market studies have shown that the majority of all phone calls made by any household or business are to a relatively small number of destination numbers. You can register 99 phone numbers into your account's speed dial list and then print the list out. This way whenever place a call to the people you call the most, you simply enter the 2-digit speed dial number and you're connected.

Sub-accounts

If you have multiple users in your household or workplace you can create several sub accounts all under the same plan and under one account number. This way each individual has the ability to monitor their own account with an individualized PIN from one central account.
