FCC mandated payphone surcharges of sixty-nine ($0.69) cents per call may apply. Calls originating from a payphone are subject to FCC mandated payphone fees. Additional charges may apply for calls made from Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and other international destinations.  All balances will expire in one (1) year of inactivity.
Cancellation of Service: The customer is free to cancel the service at anytime. Customers must call TEL3Advantage customer service to close their accounts.
